Customising/editing the Dynamics CRM 2011 Ribbon has never been easier with the Ribbon Workbench for Dynamics CRM 2011. Unlike other editors available, the Ribbon Workbench allows you to perform a complete set of customisations that have only been possible up until now by hand editing xml.
The Ribbon Workbench is installed as a CRM 2011 solution and is available immediately from inside the Dynamics CRM user interface.

Installation Instructions
Download the solution using the button below and install into your CRM 2011 organisation. Once installed, you will see a new 'Ribbon Workbench' button in the ribbon when the 'Solutions' or 'Customisations' link is selected.

Beta Version Known Issues - Please Read
This is a beta version, and some customisations that you have already performed may not import correctly when a solution is loaded. This may result in some loss of customisations when re-publishing so we advise to always keep a backup downloaded verison of your solution before you use the Ribbon Workbench.
When dragging toolbox items, you may sometime need to pause for a short time over the item to start the drag operation.
When publishing commands, sometimes the button will show as disabled in CRM2011. To resolve this, publish the solution again.
If a element is hidden and the solution published and then re-loaded - when 'unhiding' the element, you will need to pubish and re-load the solution to see the un-customised element again.
